- Membership fees are subject to HST, the above dues prices do not include HST.
- Branch offices within the SICA region can only pay on an annual basis and will pay 1/2 of the applicable dues rate according to the branch sales volume. No Duplicate Dues Credit will be issued.
- Dues paid annually result in a 2% saving over dues paid semi-annually. (Already calculated in above totals)
- Introductory - first year only rate excludes associates and branch offices.
- If a member wishes to re-join within 2 years of their cancelation date, there is an initiation fee of $150.00+HST.
